Scope

Invoice App processes personal data solely to provide the Services requested by the Customer.

Categories of Data

The Services may process:

• Customer account information
• Client contact information
• Business information
• Billing addresses
• GST or tax information
• Invoice records
• Payment status
• Usage data

Processing Activities

Invoice App processes personal data only to:

• Provide invoicing services
• Authenticate users
• Store business records
• Generate reports
• Maintain platform security
• Provide customer support

Security Measures

Invoice App implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
• Secure authentication
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security updates
• Cloud infrastructure security
• Automated backups

Subprocessors

Invoice App may engage trusted third-party providers for services such as cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. All subprocessors are required to protect personal data appropriately.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for:

• The accuracy of uploaded data.
• Obtaining any necessary permissions from their clients.
• Complying with applicable privacy laws.

Data Deletion

Upon account deletion or termination, personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention practices, except where retention is required by law.

International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred internationally, Invoice App will implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable privacy laws.
